I wish I didn't have to write on here, but Amazon make it impossible to contact them re the problems with this product. The only option I have is to choose REFUND which I can't do as the screen is already on my iphone. I wanted to contact the supplier to say that this product is very dull, not bright at all. It has a dull look to it and not like a geniune apple screen replacement at all. I was wondering whether it was a fault with the screen I was sent but was trying to give the supplier the option to talk with me, but seems I can't have such a chat on Amazon. The whole experience has been disappointing. I wish I didn't have to write on here.

Excellent product easy to install very helpful tools the only thing is the screen protector is not easy to install but in general can’t complain about the product

The product worked great except for the Touch ID. The installation was easy and the tools worked perfectly. After installing the new screen, the touch id would not worked, so I simply removed the screen and changed out the home button from my old screen. After reinstalling the new screen everything worked perfectly. I used my headband OptiVisor to make it easy to see all the tiny screws and connections. I would buy again.

Screen was defective

Pros: 1. Cables fit well, aligned like factory ones. 2. Came with touch button but I swapped to keep fingerpint sensing. 3. Tool kit was nice if one didn't have the right tools. 4. Vendor sent link to instructions and video even before item arrived. 5. Shipment was prompt 6. Screen protector was included CONS (none)
