Can the CPL filter completely eliminate all reflections?

No. It only reduces reflections on non-metallic surfaces like glass, water, and paint. It does not work on metal surfaces or mirrors.

How do I use the CPL filter for best results?

Rotate the ring while watching your screen. For reflections, aim for a 30–40° angle. For blue skies, shoot at 90° to the sun.

Can the CPL filter remove reflections on water or glass?

Not completely. It reduces surface glare to make the subject clearer, but it won't make reflections vanish entirely. Changing your angle is best.

Is the CPL filter useful for indoor photography?

Yes. It helps remove glare from floors, tables, and display cabinets to show texture. However, it won't remove reflections from mirrors or metal.

Does using a CPL filter make the image darker?

Yes. It naturally reduces light by 1–2 stops. This is normal. Please use it in bright light or increase your phone's exposure compensation.
