Nothing Better Than This !
This Fiber Supplement is amazing ! I was prescribed various Fiber Supplements and tried all, non worked as well as this. I have till now suffered with severe constipation , nothing helped. I tried Isabgol and surprisingly it worked . It is much cheaper than other Fiber supplements prescribed by Doctors. I take just 1 teaspoon at night and the next day I have normal stools. Go for it, It's the best that you can get in the market.

Disgusting Do not buy
Disgusting. Found small insects crawling inside the pack right after opening. Completely unhygienic and unsafe to use, which is a clear sign of infestation. Quality control is non-existent. Do not buy Baidyanat Isabgol!

Mix it with chaas.. works better than with water
Does the job.. but I didn't like it with water it has a feeling of eating wood.. so I mixed it with chaas.. it doesn't leave any woody taste and is easily to gulp
