Got what I needed!
Cables come in 3 different sizes. The longest is the one I need due to unforeseen issue. But it works great. The case is: ElectroCookie Raspberry Pi 5 Case I bought a case was designed for a Raspberry Pi 5 w/o a M.2 NVMe HAT and comes with active cooling fan. With current configuration and space the HAT can only be mounted away from the Pi itself. In this case the top side is the logical place to mount it and to accommodate the cable length, a little ESD foam to sandwich btw the fan and the case as you can see in the image. It's secure and it works fine.

Your millage may vary using the longer ones.
I know that it mentions this all over the place but I was unable to get the longer one to work in my setup. The shorter ones are working great with multiple nvme drives connected to my Pi through the GeeekPi Quad FPC PCIe expansion board.

Will not fit on Pimoroni NVMe boards
Leaving 5 stars because these probably work fine with other boards, and it's not the manufacturer's fault, but these ribbons do NOT work with Pimoroni NVMe or NVMe Duo boards. See attached photo for details. One end of the Pimorini ribbon is wider than the other. It may be possible to use these to extend the Pimoroni cables with the right coupler, but they will not work directly.

Not compatible with pimoroni NVME hat
Doesn’t work with the pimoroni NVME M.2 hat — accessory end lacks appropriate width and leads do not align. 3 stars because it seems well-made and packaged.
