Worth It !
Here’s a clean review you can post for the Urban Company Native water purifier: Been using the Urban Company Native Water Purifier and the experience has been really good so far. The water taste feels clean and fresh, and the purification quality has been consistent. One thing I liked is the modern design — it looks premium and blends nicely with the kitchen setup. The purifier works quietly, water flow is good, and the smart features make it feel more advanced compared to regular purifiers. Installation and service from Urban Company were smooth and professional as well. Overall, it feels like a reliable water purifier for daily home use with a good balance of technology, design, and purification performance. Cons- One drawback in the older model was that water wouldn’t dispense during a power cut, and there was no alternative way to access water without electricity. However, Urban Company has improved this in the latest 2026 model by adding an inbuilt battery backup, which solves a major inconvenience.

Good purifier with one drawback
I bought this Native by Urban Company M2 RO water purifier for home use, and overall the experience has been good. 💧 Installation & First Impressions Delivery was on time and installation was done professionally by the company technician. The setup process was smooth and hassle-free. 🏡 Daily Use & Water Quality We use it daily for drinking and cooking. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the multi-stage purification (RO + UV + Copper + Alkaline + Mineraliser) gives confidence about water safety. It works well with regular tap and borewell water. 📱 Smart Features & Maintenance The smart display/app is useful to track filter life and system status. The 2-year service-free promise is a big plus and reduces maintenance worries. 👍 Pros: Very good water taste and quality Multi-stage purification with added minerals Smart monitoring features Professional installation Low maintenance for long term use 👎 Cons: Needs continuous electricity supply to function, so during power cuts water dispensing stops unless you have inverter backup 📝 Final Verdict Apart from the electricity dependency, this is a reliable and modern water purifier for home use. If you have a stable power supply or inverter, it’s definitely worth considering for clean and safe drinking water.

Best RO
Perfect product as expected. Awesome no issues no concerns. Only problem at times when electricity is not there, then product dont work. Apart from that , this RO is so good. that once there was sewer mix water was coming. It cleaned it so perfectly that no one can say that sewer water was mixed with it. Perfect purchase.

Very good water purifier to have in house compare to other water purifier.
Filtration process is little slow it takes around 30min to filter 8 litre of water. It is power operated, so if you live in continues power shortage area than go for Native M2 pro variant it has battery inbuilt in it, other than that M2 and M2 pro both are same. It a good RO , water quality is good and taste is also good. Let's see how it performs in long term , Application is also good but need little more improvement, its videos play doesn't work everytime. Few bugs are there in Application.

When “Installation” Means “Do It Yourself” — Great RO, Disastrous Service
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves a standing ovation… or maybe a slow clap of disbelief. So I bought the “fancy” Native RO from Urban Company on Amazon. And let me be clear — the product itself? Pretty solid. Water tastes great, looks sleek, does its job. No complaints there. Now comes the real entertainment: the service. Installation day arrives. The technician shows up, does something that looked vaguely like installation, nods confidently, and leaves. I, being an optimistic human, assumed all was well. Plot twist: it was NOT. Turns out, the inlet pipe wasn’t even properly locked into the purifier. Yes, the one job that defines “installation” — connecting the thing properly — was… optional, apparently? So I contact support, expecting, you know, support. Instead, I get a masterpiece of customer service innovation: 👉 “Please book a plumber.” Excuse me… WHAT? You installed it. You messed it up. And now I should go on a side quest to find a plumber like it’s some kind of RPG mission? At this point I wasn’t sure if I bought an RO purifier or enrolled in a DIY home repair course. And this is where the bigger realization hits — there’s a reason people stick to those boring, old, “age-old trusted brands.” Not because they’re flashy. Not because they shout slogans. But because when something goes wrong, they show up and fix it instead of telling you to go fix it yourself. Urban Company seems to have mastered the art of selling convenience… and delivering inconvenience. Moral of the story: If you enjoy stable blood pressure and functioning installations, maybe stick to brands that have been around long enough to understand that “installation” includes… actually installing things properly. If you enjoy adventure, mild rage, and unexpected plumbing responsibilities — well, Urban Company has you covered. End result: Great product. Terrible service. Accidental plumbing career unlocked. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re emotionally prepared… and possibly own a toolbox. One bright spot in this whole mess — the service engineer who eventually stepped in and actually fixed the issue. No excuses, no passing the buck, just took responsibility and got the job done properly. That’s what real professionalism looks like. That’s what customers expect. It’s ironic — the people on the ground are doing honest work and saving the brand’s reputation, while the system above them seems completely disconnected from what service actually means. If anything deserves appreciation here, it’s that engineer — not the company policies that made this unnecessarily frustrating in the first place.

Great Installation, Service & Perfect TDS
Great experience with the Native M2 water purifier. The look and design are very premium and modern. Installation process was smooth and the service team was very professional and helpful. My tap water TDS was around 419 ppm, and after purification it comes down to 25–50 ppm which is excellent for drinking. Overall very satisfied with the product, service, and water quality. Highly recommended.
