Avent 9oz Natural Baby Bottles 3-Pack - Blue

I have tried several anti-colic bottles, and these Philips Avent bottles have been one of the best options for our baby. Their anti-colic design really helps reduce air intake during feeding, resulting in less gas, fewer colic episodes, and more comfort for the baby and peace of mind for us as parents.

My babies are mostly breastfed, so the wide-nipple bottles are best for them when switching from me to a bottle. I used Avent with my now 16 year old, but switched to Tommy Teepee when Avent added extra rings to the neck, and used Tommy Teepee for the last several years. I received a sample Avent Natural newborn bottle, and noticed a slightly more flexible nipple than the original, and there wasn’t a silly neck extender piece either. The less pieces that have to be washed and replaced, the better. And of course the more similar the bottle is to the real thing, the better. I ultimately decided to go with this one over the Tommy Teepee bottles because of the flexible nipple. I’ve been using them with my now 8-month-old for three months, and the bottles aren’t showing any signs of wear. With the Tommy Teepee bottles, I was having to replace the nipples once every three months, and the bottles every six months. But with the Avent Natural bottles, they appear to be higher quality, and are even an improvement over the originals Avent. My baby doesn’t get much gas with these either, and there are only three parts to wash. The nipple design on this is really great. An active baby can move around a lot while eating without impeding the flow of milk with these.

These are my favourite brand of baby bottles. Yes, they are a little more pricey than another brand, but worth it.

I would suggest this is a must try to any new moms out there. When my baby was born we tried so many bottles to help with gassy issues and yes there are some good ones but I found these to be the best with him eating comfortable plus it does Roark much to put them together. With a lot of anti-colic bottles it’s like a minimum of 5 piece to put together to use the bottles plus cleaning ever piece was annoying. This is just a normal bottle with a vent on the nipples so it works to help with anti-colic and is simple and easy to clean. Plus there has to be actual sucking for the milk to come out so it prevents leaks which is a plus in my book.

My now 2yr old has been using these bottles since he turned one; and let me tell you he loves them. Bottles are easy for him to hold, nipped are durable and they are so easy to clean!

We have been happy with these bottles and the previous natural nipples. We ran into issues with needing to replace the nipples and can only get the new kind. Not a problem overall, but see the manufacturers website for appropriate nipple conversion if this is your situation. Also, note that this order is misleading - when I ordered, everything said Flow 2 nipples, but this isn’t true - our order came with the new natural FLOW 3 nipples which is not the direct conversion.
