I got this as a birthday gift for my boxing loving, music loving, almost 5yo kid. My hiding skills are not great, so he saw the box and I gave it as an early birthday present instead. I did not expect it to be such a great and interesting tool to keep him entertained and exercising at the same time. The size of it is big enough that both kids and adults can play. And even if you think oh but the height is just standard for one person - incorrect! It comes with extra super sticky backings so you can Velcro it on and off of whichever height you need. Even though it is pretty light, it’s very durable with both kids and adults playing. The gloves that come with it are also comfortable and kind of fit kids and smaller adult’s hands. Make sure to warm up because it’s a full on exercise! Best part? You can Bluetooth your own music so it’s extra enjoyable!

Great fun and an incentive to MOVE those arms! We mounted the Velcro strips on a backboard and put that on a wall in garage with outlet nearby to charge it as needed. We will prob put a white board in there to keep score- or even chalkboard paint on the wall —wish the unit had diff “players” profiles so we could go back to the same power level and score. But for the price it is good enough! In fact it’s a pretty good bang for your buck. Volume isn’t great when paired with mobile device (which was turned all the way up too) but worked fine and made it fun. The punching is LOUD so that’s part of the sound issue. Gloves are cumbersome and beginner so they may not register all punches. But overall it is great, easy to set up and easy to use and I recommend it for all ages. It’s time to have some fun and this is a good start.

This has been a really fun addition to our whole family. At first, I thought it was a bit smaller than I expected, but very good quality and looks sturdy. I turned it on and the music makes me excited to start my workout. It also comes with a good quality pair of gloves. So, I decided to give it a try and so GLAD I DID. The setup was quite simple and it attaches to the wall very easily. After using it, the size actually turns out to be perfect for punching and reacting to the lights comfortably. It is very convenient. Just turn it on and it is ready to play. The music and light rhythm make the workout feel like a game. It has many different levels and speeds, it is suitable for beginners and kids. My 7 year old kid is usually lazy to exercise and gives up easily, but he is really engaged with this and enjoys punching along with the rhythm and lights. He can play for 30 minutes straight, which is unusual, lol... Overall, it is a practical and fun activity for both adults and kids. I am going to buy more for my nephews birthday. It would make a great gift!
