Good product but very heavy feel in ears

It's good the sound quality is good for watching movies, listening to music. It comes with a balance sound signature. Where the bass lacks a bit. The treble is a bit High. Which will make the sound not a comfortable wear in full volume. Call quality is good. Connecting it to phone is also fast no issues till now. Over all a decent product with app support but anc is not upto the mark. The battery is also good.

I purchased the boAt Nirvana Space on January 13th, and unfortunately, the experience has been a nightmare. Within just a few days of use, the product developed multiple critical hardware failures: ANC Failure: The Active Noise Cancellation stopped working entirely. Battery & Charging: The battery drains rapidly, and the left earbud refused to charge unless the case was physically plugged into a power outlet. Call Quality: The mic quality for calls was extremely poor from the start. Warranty Experience: When I raised a warranty claim, boAt confirmed the defects but stated they were out of stock for a replacement. They shipped my faulty unit back to me and made me wait days for a "Replacement Certificate" to get a resolution from Amazon. Ultimately, Amazon had to step in with a refund because the brand couldn't fulfill its own warranty promise. If you are looking for reliability and a smooth support experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I’ve been using the boAt Nirvana Space Infinity Blue earbuds every single day for over a year, and they still perform like new. The sound quality is excellent — clear vocals, deep bass, and a well-balanced output for music, videos, and calls. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) works effectively, and the transparency mode is great when I need to stay aware of my surroundings. One feature I really appreciate is the Speak-Through mode, which can be activated with 3 quick taps — very handy for short conversations without removing the earbuds. They also support multi-point connectivity, so I can connect them to both my laptop and mobile at the same time. It’s very convenient when I’m working — I can listen to music on my laptop and take calls on my phone without switching devices. Comfort is excellent, even during long hours of use. The fit is still secure, and the earbuds haven’t loosened over time. Battery life easily lasts a full day, and the case is sturdy and reliable. The Bluetooth connection is very quick, with no lag in sound quality. After using them daily for more than a year, I can confidently say these earbuds are durable, feature-packed, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

I have been using them for around 2-3 months, they are okay for the price (under 2k). If you want cheap and okay sound quality you can buy them. There are lot of things which are not good, like all the features endorsed by company( like 360 spatial sound, ANC, xx Drivers, etc.) are totally not worth it. I still have my Boat Airdopes 173 which I purchased in 2021 and they have much better sound quality than this one. The sound quality is average, like you can listen to music but its def. not for music lovers (who values the actual essence of a good music), the build quality is normal which you get in industry. I am using them for 2-3 months and sometimes one of the earphones disconnect on its own and I need to again put it inside the case and only then it starts to work. I am telling you my previous Boat Airdopes still works better than these. Pros: Cheap Price Boat Signature Sound is Okay Decent Build Quality Cons: The ANC and Spatial Sound Feature is average. There are some functional and connectivity issues. My Advice: If you want earphones only for regular use, you can think to buy them; For Music Lovers: Do not buy this products, its Average when it comes to music.
