Helpful, responsive support and good value
We bought this tap about a year and a half ago, mostly based off its form factor being precisely what we wanted. Given the modest price point, we were unsure what to expect. We have been pleasantly surprised throughout: - Installation was straightforward. The tap's own installation was intuitive and well-thought-through, with most challenges being the usual ones involved when crawling underneath a sink in a confined space - Cleaning works fine. We live in a very hard water area, so the fact that certain parts that are prone to mineral buildup are easy to remove for cleaning is nice - SJQKA's support has been excellent. The purified water tap developed a persistent drip after 18 months of use (again, hard-water area), so I sought to replace the quarter-turn ceramic disk cartridge that supplied it. When I wrote to SJQKA's support to ask precisely what size of cartridge I should seek, they quickly and helpfully replied and then offered to send two replacement cartridges In this age, I'm surprised when I receive responsive, helpful customer support. I feel the need to recognise it: nicely done, SJQKA.
