I recently went to an urgent care clinic because I was feeling a bit woozy and not right and they looked in my throat and told me I had a throat ulcer which is basically like a cold sore in your throat. What they recommended to me was to take TheraFlu and several other things to minimize the irritation factor! I drank some of this and it definitely helps with throat pain! In fact today when I looked in my throat the problem looks almost resolved. It has been about two weeks since the problem started! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice! I'm just happy a doctor recommended this to me. It is a warm honey-lemon flavored drink. I had body aches, sore throat, coughing, nasal congestion, a headache, sore sinuses and around eyes were painful and more...I took this several times a day mostly for the sore throat since it seemed to help that a lot. The body aches are now gone but this also helped with that. I also felt I could sleep better and rest without all the coughing. So taking this before bed was key! I am about 4 days into the process and still here! My ribs hurt but I'll probably survive! I also added more honey to this for the health properties.

Great for cold symptoms
