Sounds great!
The purple switches are nice and clicky, but not too loud. I'm used to my old mechanical keyboard which sounded noticably cheap, so this keyboard is a massive upgrade.

Could have been good (updated).
Let's start with the good:- It works.- It's kinda pretty.- Solid base.- Macro keys out of the way and can be programmed entirely on the keyboard, don't need the software.- Volume knob (a bit stiff but will probably loosen up over time).- USB passthrough (sorta). And the bad:- Amateur, clumsy typing experience.- US keyboard layout.- Twin USB cables (one for the keyboard, one for the "passthrough") - unnecessary.- The switches (they're Outemu Purple, not "Redragon custom") are comically sloppy and inconsistent, so much so that you can't even be sure whether they're supposed to be linear or tactile. Either way, they're certainly not clicky as described. While technically hot-swappable, the force required to remove them is enough to alter the Earth's orbit, and due to the tiny non-standard circular holes for the pins, they can only be swapped for other Outemu switches.Overall, if you're looking for your first mechanical keyboard, want macro & media buttons, and neither know nor care much about the various switch options, it's not too bad. If on the other hand you're a veteran of mechanical keyboards attracted by the design, or want UK layout, move along.UPDATE:Despite my original two-star review detailing the Redragon K550's shortcomings, I never requested a return. However the seller (Radioddity) proactively reached out to me today offering a full refund. I declined as it doesn't seem fair that they should have to lose out on account of Redragon's design decisions, and having changed the switches out for something a bit more palatable, I should be able to find a home for it somewhere, probably give it to a friend as their first mechanical keyboard. It did get me wondering if maybe two stars was a bit harsh though. After all, once you change the switches, it's not all that bad for someone's first mechanical keyboard. Two and a half stars at least. Which rounds up to three. And another star for the seller for caring about customer satisfaction.

Cable to thick and Too small
looked a nice Keyboard But the wire is too thick and way to small, couldn’t even reach where my computer was let alone having Two USB to connect, though one is for the usb on the side of keyboard, But why is the cable so damn thick its annoying and its Length is way to small think about a meter though it seemed smaller than that to be honest, my computer is not directly under my desk as have a Full tower to is off to the side and cable couldn't reach, just needed a extra couple of inches lol.Shame Keyboard did look nice But gave 3 stars because of length, most keyboards have at least 2 meter cables

It’s pretty decent
Comes with spare switches and remover. Quality build other than the scroll bar, squeaked a little when I got it but a little switch lube goes far, and the two little white bits holding it down is plastic, feels like an under sight, as the rest of the keyboard is pretty solid, looks wise. You get two magnetic screws at the side of the keyboard to remove the palm rest. Do not make my mistake and place said screws into their holes after removing, you may like myself forget to remove them when putting the palm rest bsck on. Snapped a connector. Luckily due to the design it didn’t affect it at all. Not their fault. The patterns are cool but customisation is basic, as is their software. Not too bothered though, I just use some nice bright pastel rgb and it looks good and bright with the metal reflecting it. Overall 8/10 solid purchase for a hefty large metal keyboard. I recommend custom keycaps and filling thr base of the keyboard in foam. Makes great sound

Stunning keyboard g1-g12 feel kinda useless though.
Amazing keyboard! Definitely recommend!! Other than the fact that g1 to 12 seem pointless. U can't assign anything in the software to them and the record function isn't good for toggles so it's OK but keyboard it's self is stunning

Redragon K550 RGB Gaming Keyboard, 104 Keys + 12 Macro G Keys Wired Mechanical Keyboard
Great gaming keyboard been using it over month now and very happy with it. The response is super fast as it is wired. The option of addition usb-A port for mouse or headphones is really nice on keyboard. 12 macro programable keys are great and very useful. Size is bit big but it is gaming keyboard expect that. Volume scroll button is great to have it. The RGB lighting is nice and you have multiple lighting patterns. Only one thing what I personally miss on this keyboard is only 1 high option adjustment I mean one leg on the back without option to adjust the hight. Also the cable from keyboard is really thick and not braided but that is not big issue. Recommended this keyboard thank you.
