Works like a charm
I was worried about buying a seemingly cheaper version of this battery on amazon vs going to the manufacturer, but this appears to be genuine, well priced and has allowed my eufy vacuum cleaner to start working again! It is also very simple to fit (provided you have a small phillips screwdriver to hand!)

Good value, quick fix
My robot cleaner started conking out mid clean. Internet advice was correct... this was a very easy fix.

Think before buying.
It’s annoyingly expensive to buy an OEM battery but I didn’t want to risk damaging my 3yr old Eufy Robovac X8. This was the best price I could find. The good bit - it works and it wasn’t hard to install, using the Eufy video instructions on their app. That includes reset directions to activate the battery, so do follow them. However, my X8 has been unable to geolocate itself since changing the battery and the support from Eufy has been woeful. It blunders around blindly and is audibly confused much of the time - as does the X8. So be prepared for time-consuming bother when you install this battery, and expect to have to do a factory reset and then re-map your home. I’ve not yet got it working properly again and half wish I’d just bought a new/better robot vacuum.
