I purchased this unit about 5 months ago and I thought it was the best thing since slice cheese. But unfortunately it has been driving me crazy. I installed it in my multi-family unit where I live on one of the floors and i'm tired of it. It has one major flaw that Is driving me to want to tear it down.. At random times of the day the doorbell goes off. I thought it was only my had unit that was having the issue but come to find out, My other tenants have the same issue and they thought that people were playing tricks on them. I saw another person complain about the same issue so I'm kind-of happy it's not just me.

It’s has a problem, at any time starts ringing. Can’t figure out why it’s doing this. I have them in use for only a few months and one monitor turn into a blue screen, doesn’t work any more.

This system does not function properly. We had a licensed electrician install it. It rings constantly at random times with no one at the door. My tenants had to unplug it because it was making them go crazy and waking them up at 2-3am. When I tried to reach out to their customer service it seemed like the help was using google translate and they were no help at all. Do not waste your money

after installing this crap to one of my costumers it kept riming all-day tried to contact customer service in chine no respond .my advise to you people don't be fouled by the price look for something that it is made in the USA. i am in the process of return it back.
