Does it make ticking sounds?

Yes the watch does make a ticking sounds . Can only hear it when I put it close to my ear. Great watch for the price .

Is the dial white? If not can it be customized to white?

No it’s bright silver and difficult to read. You have to move your arm to find a spot where the hands contrast enough to read it. Had I known it wasn’t white I would not have bought it.

Does it come with its box? A casio box?

No it does not. It came stuffed in a small cardboard box. Since I was planning to give it to my nephew, I am going to return this. It looks ridiculous!
