Definitely does its job of keeping your hair out of the drains! I malt a lot and with this pad it’s even more noticeable as it just sits on top and collects making it easy to clean by just picking up the hair. Isn’t an eye sore on your drain and looks fine. Definitely worth the money and the purchase for no more blocked drains

Doesn’t stick properly and leaves a gap underneath so the hair just goes round and gets into the drain by going under it. Such a faulty product. DO NOT BUY!

The idea of the product is good but this product isn't good at all, firstly it doesn't stick or even stay still in the sink but more annoyingly when it's over the drain the drainage on the sink is absolutely shocking, without the silicone drain protector in place my sink drains like a dream, with the silicone drain protector my sink fills up half way and is painfully slow at draining. Overall I gave it 2 stars because it did keep some stuff out of the sink but I gave up, not going to return for a couple of quid not worth it

I recently purchased these silicone drain protectors and they have been excellent. The suction cups keep them securely in place, preventing any movement. Twice I have purchased the Oxo combo stopper/strainer, and twice I have regretted it after an initial burst of euphoria. The stopper no longer holds water after a while, and the strainer is very small. All in all, this is a much better--and much less expensive--gadget. The strainer is easy to use, and big enough to actually do the job. I have no problem clearing it out, and don't find any sharp edges. I love the stopper too, it does hold water unlike the Oxo, and the turquoise color fits in with my kitchen and is cheerful. I bought two but doubt I will need the second one for a while! I usually avoid writing reviews, and this is is a stupid small thing, but it's a real help in the kitchen.

This works as well as I hoped. It looks nice. The strainer is clean, simple yet bright and shiny so your sink looks clean. The suction mat works great! No leaks. Exactly what I was looking for. A great price.

How perfect is this little thing? It couldn't be any better. It holds on to the bottom of the sink with lots of force, and fits right over the strainer so you don't have to remove it. To take it off, most slide it across the bottom until the drain hole shows a bit, and boom, your stopper has been successfully removed with no trouble! The strainer itself is fine enough that nearly nothing makes it through. And on top of all that it is absolutely beautiful and matches my kitchen perfectly.

I hate your traditional sink plug strainer baskets. I’ve been using mesh screen sink strainers for years and a flat silicon drain cover in my kitchen sinks, but the silicon cover always shifts while I’m washing dishes and drains the water. I saw this and decided to give it a try. I love the edges of the sink strainer and it catches more food from slipping under and going down the drain; it’s definitely easier to clean than the mesh ones. However, I can not get the sink to seal with this drain cover while the basket is in. I have to remove the strainer basket and then cover the drain. Once I’m done with dishes, I quickly put the strainer basket back in to catch the food from going down the drain. It works, it was affordable, and I’m continuing to use it. I really like the teal color cover, also.
