When I learned that coffee was one of the most contaminating crops with mold, I was concerned because I have mold allergies and a sensitive gut, too. So, I love this brand and the extent of research and testing that they do to ensure that each batch is free from contaminates of mold. You cannot get better quality than that! The taste is clean and soothing and not bitter at all. Love it!

I love this coffee but the k cups keep exploding in my machine. I noticed they were a little puffy. Not sure. The grounds work fine. I like the low acid and I can tell the difference drinking it from a different kind.

this is a dark roast coffee with a smooth taste, low acid organic coffee. I typically choose a light roast until I found Purity. This is an excellent coffee.

While the flavor if this coffee seemed great, there is an issue with the pods themselves and they blow up - tried to brew a 12 oz cup, got 4 ounces in the cup and a mess all over my counter. To be sure it wasn't my Keurig, I cleaned it, brewed a pod of other coffee just fine, then tried one of these again, and again it exploded - really a shame because the 4 oz of coffee itself seemed great
