I have tried a generic version and there IS a difference. This is no gimmick. Alleviates muscle cramps and actually drained my sinuses when placed under shoulders and base of my skull. I cannot recommend Shakti enough.

I ordered level 2. It arrived and i just felt the acupressure with my hand. Really hard. I had Delusions of granduer . Ret'd it right away. Not for me.

Bought for my son who has a bad back. He already uses the shakti mat and loves it. He says 20 mins on mat and pillow before bed and he has the best nights sleep.
