Very disappointing torch. The air adjustment collar is difficult to turn, the threads are rough cut and the air wholes have very sharp edges. The real concern is over heating. The torch gets extremely hot not just at the tip of the barrel but all the way back beyond the air adjustment collar which becomes too hot to touch after just a couple of minutes of use. The seller was also 6 days late in meeting the delivery date.

This torch has been good solid and reliable. It seems to light the first time, every time, and can be turned up to deliver a surprising amount of heat. I have had two other similar torches before this one and both broke when a plastic part failed. I'm hoping this one will last as it seems to use all brass and no plastic.

It gets hot after a minute and can and will burn you I have a big scar now but that was my mistake it works good besides that

Worked great until I tried melting some silver and the excess heat melted the part that was not brass/copper inside the nozzle. I had fire bricks surrounding my melting crucible, could have caused the excess heat to build up. Might get another one and try it with out the bricks. I still have cans of unused butane.

I'm very pleased with the quality. The one I ordered from a seller on eBay was plastic and broken during shipping. I've seen the same plastic ones on Amazon as well. The plastic ones should be avoided. This one is NOT plastic and seems to be durable. It should be easier to use. It was a decent price, too.

Review of Adjustable Flame Kitchen Torch. It is the third tourch that I have tried over the years, and it's so far the best. It looks cheap but it is the only neagative point I could find. It works great! Produces a great strong flame and works fantastic for me (been using it for a month). If the looks less important then the functuanality then get this torch. Best one I have tried so far.

Typical of the garbage products sold on Amazon, this nozzle will not even screw on to the butane can. Just look at all the other negative reviews. I'll be sending this piece of garbage back from this seller.
