Product stopped after 10 days
The product stopped working just 2 weeks after use. I was so excited to use this and was planning to buy one more for my home, but it disappointed me. My recommendation is go for Dr.Scent or Jcloud products which are pretty rough and tough and last much longer

It doesn't work
It stopped working after less than 1 hour (ran out of battery/power) and it was fully charged before. I tried a second time after fully charging and it happened again.

It stopped working after 2 uses.the ionisation is not taking place and now it isba useless expensive product i bought

Quality issue
Flipping it will cause the oil to spill out, and they said that it has a protection not to drop out the oil if flipped on any side. wouldn't recommend it
