The range of exercises you can do on this piece of equipment is amazing, abs and back as the description says and also arms, shoulders and chest. I am really pleased as it will help me to carry on strengthening my back and core muscles after a spinal injury put me out of action for a few years, I can now push myself a bit harder, building on what physiotherapy has done for me so far.
