I leave this on for 45 mins. so I can get the best results and my skin loves it. I really use it around the time of my month because I become acne prone. This helps with drawing them to a head, reduce redness and clears up my acne faster. This is my holy grail. My skin loves this stuff and it isn’t messy as it’s in stick form. Definitely will have to buy another one soon.
