Happy with these threaded insert nuts. Threads are clean, sizing is accurate, and they install neatly into wood without splitting when done properly. Once fitted, they hold bolts firmly and give a much stronger fixing than screws alone. Ideal for furniture repairs or projects where parts may need removing and refitting. Two minor points: hardwood needs a correctly sized pilot hole or they’re hard to drive in, and the external threads are sharp, so alignment matters on first insertion. Both are normal for this type of insert. Overall, good quality, reliable, and exactly what I needed. I’d buy them again.

Well made item. Good and sturdy… 10.2mm drill into chipboard/MDF and they are solid

Good but fairly soft metal so they can easily dent from the Allen key

Used for installing feet on a raised planter box. Did the job very well. Threads were clean and well formed and plated finish was good.
