Product is okay, after sales service is PATHETIC. engineer visit 650, PCB Board replacement 2700, then they understand that the PCB was not the problem but the motor was, pay 5000 for the part, total cost 1/2 of what the product costs... ultimate ripoff

Purchased 1 for my mother n 1 for my husband... The massager is good , mild , portable , relaxing, pain relief.... One thing didn't understand... Where is the heat....cant feel at all May be its defeactive...or if anyone can tell about the warm mode,.can you feel it or its just to mention that it has one for the sake of adding the feature....
