This playpen is absolutely not safe! It is so light, my 7 month old baby can easily kick it and move it around. What is the idea of having this fence when it can harm the baby even more?

The space is generous enough for both my baby and me to comfortably play together, whether with toys or the interactive activity panels. The customer service is equally impressive, which is a rarity these days. The company responds incredibly quickly to emails and is attentive to any questions or concerns. Amazing product, and even better customer service. High quality construction, and very easy to assemble. Also very simple to adjust the size and shape of the overall enclosure. The wood is thoughtfully constructed with no signs of wood splinters or rough patches. The hinges have multiple set angles that lock into place, from 360 degrees one side to 90 degrees the other side. The weight is also just right, light enough to collapse with one person. Also, customer service was top notch. I asked for an additional panel which is normally sold separately and they sent me one free of charge!

This is a great playpen! It’s aesthetically pleasing and the quality feels great. It can fold up which is nice and it still feels sturdy. I originally was sent wrong parts so had to reach out to Zety Customer Service but they were great and able to get me to the correct parts very quickly. Highly recommend!
