Bought my first battery backup charger one year ago and this is my third purchase for the same product first one works perfectly fine so now every member of the family wants it please do buy it. It is genuinely a very good product in a very genuine price.

Product is good, handy, lightweight but wireless charging makes it heat up very much, also type-C charging port heats up very much while charging via cable.

I bought the power bank a week ago and the product so far has been useful. It has served its purpose. I used it twice to charge my android phone from 4% to 100%. It takes about 2hrs to charge. It does heat up in the middle. During that time, you can discharge it for some time & reuse. Overall, I'm satisfied with its perfomance.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a power bank that unexpectedly exploded during normal use, posing a serious risk to my safety and causing damage. Incident Details: On 2/7/2026 at approximately 10:30 PM while the power bank was being used/charged/stored under normal conditions and according to the manufacturer’s instructions, it suddenly overheated and exploded. The incident caused injuries, burns, property damage, damage to other devices. The product was not subjected to any misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification before the incident. This raises serious concerns about the product’s quality, manufacturing standards, and safety. I have attached photographs/videos of the damaged power bank, proof of purchase, and any other supporting documents. I request that you: 1. Investigate the cause of the explosion. 2. Provide a replacement or full refund. 3. Compensate me for the damages and losses incurred. 4. Take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents for other customers. If this matter is not resolved within a reasonable period, I reserve the right to escalate the complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and seek legal remedies. Light weight, but does not last long for phones with large batteries. Probably when phones start carrying lighter batteries, this might work. Otherwise design wise, it is good . The rubberised body is easy to hold and carry.

I love this product ita to compact and it charges my phone on 44 watt ita amazing and the claimed 22 watt wired but when to use type c to c cable from my idea it output is upto 60 watt

Its good power bank. By cable, it’s really fast but wireless charging is very slow. I am using iphone 11 and it took 9min to charge 2% in wireless mode.
