The media could not be loaded. At first, I was willingly to give the seller a try with my confidence after thoroughly reading through the reviews and feedbacks on this product and the seller, and decided to make the purchase with 2 of the items from them. However, it was a terrible decision after all because of both items appeared to be somewhat faulty and defective right after I took them out of the packaging. First off the box, both had no signs of battery power and were completely dead. And one of them weren't turning on at all, but the other one failed when it was changinh the default dial face to another style during the process and also wasn't reflecting to charging after it was connected to the charging plug. After all this, it wouldn't indicate any charging sign, but only showing barely visible light under screen from back loghting. Therefore, both items were definitely defective and questionable in qualities and its productions.

If you want a product that tells time, this will work. If your looking for anything else look somewhere else. The band options were good, but would not stay connected to the watch face. I spent hours looking up youtube videos and anything I could find, there does not seem to be a way to swap the temp reading from C to F, nor change the time format to 12hr from 24hr. Additionally the heart rate monitor is incorrect (tested against multiple other heart rate devices) and the step count is bugged, it just never stops counting up.

I needed a smartwatch I came across this little amazing watch it does everything I needed it to but the best part is the cost for less than $25.00 bucks amazing right?

Fell apart in no time look elsewhere

This does so much including answer calls, text, count steps, count sleep and so much more.One negative is it is not waterproof as the ad said.
