For oily skin this cleanser is game changer

No doubt Neutrogena always top the position in skin care product among all other brands,and most of Neutrogena products are dermatology recommended. This face wash contains 0.5% salicylic acid which is extremely good for oil/acne prone/black heads/white heads/combination skin. Use it twice if you have oily skin or one time if you have combination skin apply on T zone area ,eventually you will see results. *Not good for Dry skin,Sensitive skin ****************GOOD SKINCARE FOR COMBINATION SKIN******************** 1. HOW TO KNOW YOU HAVE COMBINATION SKIN? If your T-Zone(Forehead-nose-lower lips part) is oily/sweat more as compared to other parts of skin. if you have more black heads/white heads in this region. 2.GOOD SKIN CARE ROUTINE A good skin care routine for combination skin consists of- Daily Cleansing,Daily moisturizing ,Daily sunscreen,Weekly Exfoliation 3.SELECTION OF RIGHT PRODUCT Face wash- •fash wash containing Salicylic Acid is good for oily/combination skin,as these skin type are more prone to acne,black heads,white heads, exccessive oilyness •Some face wash having salicylic acid and their %- Neutrogena deep clean(.5% ),Saslic Face wash(1%) , Saslic DS(2%) **NEVER GO BEYOND 2%,AND ALWAYS START WITH LOWER % it will take time to show results Moisturiser: •When you choose product like moisturiser or sunscreen always see either of these words on product :NON COMODOGENIC /WATER BASED /GEL BASED( won’t clog your pores) •Always use moisturiser before going to bed or after bath in the morning •EXCELA,Acrofy good moisturiser Sunscreen: •When choose sunscreens first see the above words (Non Comodogenic....) •Choose the ingredients like -Zinc Oxide,Titanium dioxide, Oxybenoze etc...these are physical barrier to Uv rays these sunscreen called Physical Sunscreen (these sunscreen leaves white cast on face but give most protection as compared to chemical sunscreen) •Good Sunscreen:- Cuvia aqual gel,episoft ac with moisturiser etc .. *Always wash your hand in soap/handwash after using sunscreen before taking food *Always use medicated sunscreen .Dont go for comsetic brand sunscreen. Exfoliation: Never use scrubs in your face ,it actually harm more as compared to do any good. Instead use Glycolic acid face wash weekly once. Good glycolic acid face wash - AHa glow(% unknown),Glomed (4%),melawash(6% ..pretty strong , use this if your only skin is not sensitive) *Use glycolic acid with caution , your skin become more sun sensitive and dry after using this. Choose an off day like sunday or Saturday only one time a week use it according to your schedule. *Always use moisturiser after using glycolic acid facewash & sunscreen if you r going to move out in sun. * Don’t use Salicylic acid product ,the day you use Glycolic acid. *Those who have sever acne issue please don’t follow this routine, first treat your acne using salicylic acid face wash (MANDISA face wash is a good facewash) or consult a dermatologist ..after your acne is in control you can follow this routine gradually
