I keep these on hand all the time. When you can't breathe it's miserable. Sleeping with your mouth open is horrible. Not for people with Hyperthyroidism. And you dont want to use it too often. It lives up to its reputation as Heroin for Your Nose. If you use it all the time and stop it will cause you to be stuffed up, now you have another very real problem. So, just dont over use it. It is a miracle drug for your sinuses for sure.

Afrin is a saving grace when you have a bad head cold. The night and day pack is unnecessary. You can’t use it for more than 3 days so you won’t need two bottles and the night time one just has lavender in it it isn’t formulated differently so. Skip the double pack unless you’ve got two sick people.

I don’t know what’s blooming here but every evening I cannot breathe through my nose. This opens it back up. Don’t use for more than a few days at a time though.
