Great tasting, easy to take supplement. I use it to lower blood sugar and triglycerides. In 6 months of using it, along with a few other supplements my A1C has dropped one point and my triglycerides by over 100. No change in diet or activity. I do supplement with other things so it’s hard to say if it’s just one thing or a combination of the things I’m taking. My goal is to reduce or eliminate the prescriptions I’m on (Metformin and one other [no insulin]). My daily sugars had been rising with RXs alone and I was told I would eventually be on insulin. I don’t accept that fate without a fight!

Having coming out of taking Ozempic for a long time, my stomach, pancreas and blood suger went wild. My GCM was going off all different times of the night resulting in sleep loss. My blood pressure it’s like up and down sometimes I don’t take my blood pressure med Sometimes every other day . Last night blood pressure was 102/63 and this morning it 103/61 . I’m watching to see I take the dope in the morning my blood med at night . I like it so . The next up will be march.
