Outstanding easily digested copper
What a great product. Gets sufficient levels of copper in a firm that won’t give you any nausea like ionic copper will

Energy recovery
We all focused on zinc during Covid, yet nobody had mentioned copper🤔 There must be nutriential balance. I've read 5 times lately to get copper levels up...may be something to those alerts because my energy has been interestingly...better!

well absorbed
I've only used it a few times so it is hard to make a final judgement, what I can say is that it is very expensive but worth the price because I can take a larger dose than a regular copper supplement and I don't feel nauseous, for that alone it's good but wether it's effect is that much better I don't know yet

TAKE WITH FOOD!!!
DO NOT follow the instructions on the bottle that state to take this on an empty stomach. I did this and immediately felt a wave of nausea. I quickly ate something and it subsided. The next dose I took on a full stomach and felt fine. Even if it lessens your absorption, taking this with a meal is much safer and easier on the stomach. Gave it 4 stars for the price. The only reason I got it vs. the other brands was because it's a smaller dose. You have to be careful with copper supplements as having too much can disrupt other things in your body (like zinc). Some of these supplements have insane dosages that are quadruple of what you need in a day. This one sits just at the daily recommended amount. As long as you're taking it with a meal no more than once a day, you should be fine.
