Via Talk Speech into Text Using your smart phone

I tried to use this but I am having difficulty with the app that it requires. I searched to find the product on the US penpower website and I could not find it. I sent an email to Penpower customer support and got a weird email back in Chinese(?) characters that I cannot read. I also tried downloading the app from the instructions but it asked for permissions that did not seem safe (why does it need access to my Sim card?). Since I cannot find the app on google play, I cannot find the product on their website, and I cannot contact customer service I have no faith in the app it asked me to download. Time to return it.

Needs Android phone but no app available. No clue from vendor listing that Android is required, but even if I had been told that, there is no way to get the Android app.
