I had low expectations when I decided to try this, as a lot of toothpastes on the market that claim to whiten your teeth are just gimmicks. However, after a week of using these twice a day I truly did notice an improvement! My gums no longer bleed and are a healthy pink color. My teeth are visibly whiter, having removed some of the stains that resulted from drinking tea regularly. I will note, the whitening gel does cause sensitivity but only temporarily, when I rinse with mouthwash afterwards there is a bit of discomfort there, but the sensitivity tends to subside after 10-15 minutes so it’s not something you’re going to suffer from all day. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone wishing to whiten their teeth without paying exorbitant prices, or even if you just want your mouth to feel fresh and clean. Definitely will be purchasing this again!

A good toothpaste that helps your teeth be white.

It does whiten as it says it was delivered in the morning to I brushed my teeth with it and I loved it. Leaves a fresh clean feeling in your mouth and doesnt make it dry afterwards like other tooth pastes does to me. I could see a difference after one day use and I am happy with it.

UK don't usually sell whitening with hydrogen peroxide in. I bought this in the USA and ran out. Always be careful. I use it every other day and only for short periods as it does make my teeth sensitive. Does what it says.

I purchased this for some gentle whitening on the run up to my wedding this year. I have used Crest products in the past (the 1hr express whitening) but found that although it gives great results it made my teeth very sensitive. I thought, after reading mixed reviews I would give it a go for myself. This product isn’t too bad but is a little on the pricey side. The step 1 gives a fantastic clean mouth feel and Step 2 the peroxide gel… you honestly don’t need a lot of this stuff. I’ve been using the product as directed and haven’t experienced any irritation/ sensitivity or discomfort that other reviewers have. Would I purchase this product in the future? highly likely as it was one of the very few tooth pastes I’ve used that truly gives me that clean mouth feel.

I have been on the search for a good toothpaste ever since once of my favorite brands changed their formula for their "Pro Health" gum-specific toothpaste. I used this toothpaste as instructed (with my Oral B IO 9 toothbrush), and, with flossing, my teeth feel almost just as clean as they would after my regular dental visit. But make sure you follow the instructions: Brush for 1 minute with the first and without rinsing, brush 1 minute using the peroxide-based toothpaste from the second tube. I used the second toothpaste a bit longer than I should have (I had to experiment a bit) and it left my teeth a bit sensitive for a few days. Just follow the instructions, and you'll be good to go. This toothpaste might be a hassle and it's effects might take a couple weeks to be seen but it's works. It's cleans and strengthens enamel, restores gum line and polishes the teeth white enough to be nice looking. You'll feel like smiling more often when you use this product.

Only just started using this so not 100% sure if working but appears to be. No issues so far with any sensitivity. Recommend
