DenixCrusader Sword Letter Opener with Sheath

This is the coolest letter opener! I keep it on my desk at work, and it's always a fun conversation starter. It definitely gets the job done, and people always compliment it! The color is more of a maroon, rather than a pink. But it's a great product overall.

These swords are fabulous. Nice quality. I'm using them as a giveaway for something warrior themed, so they're perfect. For the price I think that they're excellent. The detail is very good. The material of both the sword piece and the scabbard is a very good quality, especially if you consider the great price. I bought several in different styles. The swords are NOT sharp, which is possibly a purposeful part of the design. They're letter openers, not real weapons. They are heavy and well made and a great size. They're about 12" long.

I love the size of this letter opener, it's relatively big for a letter opener. In my opinion, the blade is a bit too dull, but I completely understand the need for safety first. I'll sharpen it myself, no problem. The detail and scabbard really make this fun to leave out on the desk for others to see. Friends look at it and wonder if it's a costume dagger for a Renaissance costume. The blade is nicely firm in the hilt and the detail is all metal. The scabbard is maybe a fake leather/ vinyl. Overall, I really like it and may get another with different detailing just for fun. I do need to find a good stand for it, or make one.

This is a very neat sword that is made with obvious quality. I did not expect the level of detail on it and it is made in a very solid way. I ordered two and on one of them the blade is bent a little with the color of the metal on the scabbard slightly different from the metal on the hilt, but the other one is very perfect. The cutting edges are blunt so you may or may not like it for that. I personally don't mind, it gets letters open and looks great on my desk.

I get more mail than I would like, as most if us do, and was tired of opening it with the old thumb method - and the accompanying paper cuts.I wanted more than just a plain letter opener. This thing is awesome. First it looks cool, and the quality is good (remember letter opener, not a weapon). Having a scabbard was an added touch thatakes it look good no matter where it sits!Completely pleased with the purchase!!

This letter opener is beautiful and effective. Works great to open letters and as a dagger to play pirates.

I used it once to open an envelope, it worked well. I set it on my shelf with other similar items.

Doesn’t open letters any more effectively than a butter knife. Nice to look at but not useful .
