Must have ingredient for German style cheesecake
This is the best custard powder for when you want to bake a German cheesecake. I tried a different brand but it didn't give a good result and had a strange orange colour. This powder makes a dark yellow cake when combined with quark. One sachet is just enough for a 26cm diameter cake.

Great taste and texture
Bought this as it’s quite difficult to find in England and had a German cake recipe I was desperate to try! Although It was added as part of the ingredients its added a really nice texture and the taste was great. Not over powering like some similar products.
