Nice ice cream. After boiling for the few mins we put it in to machine to finish off . It didn't make up to a ltr though

You can't use water to make this!!
I haven't made this yet - I bought it for a friend, but the instructions on the Amazon description said you can use water but on the actual pack it says use milk. I checked with the manufacturer and you can't use water so we can't use it. I'm sure it would be OK if you used milk but that wasn't the purpose. It still says you can use water in the product description on Amazon so be warned!!
