A handy sauce that is very good for a premade curry sauce.

Really nice
I made a lamb balti with onions and tomatoes in an electric pressure cooker (Ansio Pot) on the 'curry' setting, after sauteing the diced lamb and onions on the 'sauté' function for a few minutes, I added a few quartered tomatoes and the balti sauce, placed on the lid and just left it on the 'curry' function until it beeped, then turned it off and released the pressure. It came out so tender and tasty using this method. I'll definitely be trying their other sauces.
