They have a pleasant smell (not fishy at all), and the texture is soft without being too chewy, so they’re easy for kids to eat. My 6-year-old likes the taste and has no problem taking one every day — in fact, he reminds me! We’ve been using them for over a week now, and there’s no aftertaste or fishy burps, which is a big plus. Each one has 157 mg EPA and 105 mg DHA, which is around the recommended daily amount for kids. Plus some added vitamins. I also love that they don’t have any added sugar but still taste good. Overall, I think these are a great supplement for younger kids. They provide a good amount of Omega-3s and other essential vitamins, and they taste good too.
