Sunwarrior Coconut Milk Powder 358g

I really looked at the various brands of Coconut milk powder on Amazon before selecting this one. I also was considering KOS & Anthony’s. And those products may be just fine but I was swayed to Sun Warrior- reviews, price, etc. I feel this product is very suitable for my needs- coconut chia pudding, coffee creamer, curries, general baking. I have not had any discernible issues getting this powder to dissolve in my morning coffee & the scent and subtle taste is pleasing- maybe vaguely a tad sweet but not a dealbreaker at all. I did see the “oily film” arise to the top of my coffee after a period of several minutes- that another reviewer mentioned but just re stirred my cuppa & honestly- it was not a big deal- unappetizing or producing a heavy oil slick filmyness at all. I also anticipated I may have to take my spoon to sort of smash some undissolved clumps of coconut powder against the inside of my coffee mug to get powder to completely dissolve- after watching other Amazon customer videos of this- but no, the Sun Warrior milk powder readily dissolved in my use for hot liquids. Excellent June 2024 expiration date too! Has just 1 ingredient ONLY: Organic Coconut Milk 👍🏻. Perfect. Would consider again. Just wish prices for all brands of this coconut milk powder were less expensive- it’s a treat purchase.

I don’t know what this stuff is. It doesn’t smell like coconut it doesn’t taste like coconut. It’s tasteless. It foams up after you mix it. I don’t believe this is coconut milk powder. I don’t know what this stuff is. The worst coconut powder I ever tried.

I tried this product at my BF's home, and it was delish. I put it on subscribe to make sure I have it in stock. Sometimes, when nut milk is used in coffee or other items, it doesn't give the flavor I want. However, even using it with milk gives coffee such a creamy taste! I <3 it!

I didn’t like the taste

It’s perfect; no after taste, creamy and healthy. I will definitely buy again.
