these bath flakes dissolve instantly in warm water and work better than Epson salts. I use them in my bath 1-2 times weekly for body pain and can feel the relief. I sleep better and can feel my body relax while in the bath. It does help with my sore muscles and I have noticed when I get headaches and use this in the bath it also helps

Worth the Weight in Flakes!
After my husband soaked in the flakes compared to plain Epsom salts... He felt relaxed and immediately fell asleep after. And certainly helped his sore fatigued legs and feet from walking around on concrete all day.

Great for foot baths and also seasonal consumption
I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
