Loved it the moment I switched it on. BUT the seller needs to modify 2 important facts: 1) The USB cord should have been longer as it defeats the purpose of elegance the moment I have to use the extension cord or should provide a battery operated option as it additionally benefits those with NO electrical power or power cut. 2) I just used it to write two words and erasing it was a task, I had to use force to rub it off and that took away my joy of owning this beauty. It should have cleaned with one swipe. 3) it should be returnable as the product becomes redundant if the Customers DON’T choose to keep it. Make your product for re-purchase and not for replacement. Amazon Quality, you too should take ownership for such products/sellers.

It's really fantastic product. Superb quality. It's colours are very good but I wish black and red would be there.
