All yuo need is two aa battries the right game and yoiur away the charge is my next purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Piece of Clever Design Art *by S***R on 3 February 2015* I own an Nintendo and wanted to try GBA games on the system for which they were composed. The screen isn't backlit, which is a huge negative, but the nature of the screen is an interesting experience (games have an almost stereoscopic look on the silvery screen). In terms of ergonomics, this is so comfortable, and the design is possibly the most interesting and attractive of a game system before or since. This system has a long, looooooong battery life, but you will need to buy AA batteries for it. As you're probably of the video game (nerd) variety, your level of intelligence is probably high enough for you to have read this little detail. It can be a problem if you don't have a lot of money for spares or NiMH (recharable) batteries. Again, the lack of back lighting is a huge negative, and the SP and it's antecedent the DS and DS Lite are probably ones to start with. For collectors of unique pieces of design art, I would recommend go on, splash out a bit of disposable income on this.
