Very disappointed with poor quality products
If zero was an option then I would have awarded these telephones a zero. I’m very disappointed with this purchase from Amazon. Can you please arrange collection and a refund for this product. Thank you Brian Curtis

Superb IP phone, you just need to learn XML scripting via TFTP to program.
If you can't setup a TFTP server this phone is no good for you. If you can, this is a very capible and perfectly useable IP phone. As with every cisco device, they seem to purposely make simple configuration impossible - It has a built in web server but this is for displaying information only. No nice web config. Having them all talk to a TFTP server on boot makes batch programming very simple though.

It said it was a phone, but the connections did not accept a standard phone line. So you couldn't even plug in the phone to use it!
