Bought these two years ago to help fix my foot posture after a broken leg. Good quality rubber, has held up well and has not stretched out noticeably. Have tried multiple others and they don't fit or are extremely uncomfortable. With some uncomfortability expected after getting used to these they start to feel like they're not on. The extra Gap extender is great as you progress. Some may find the lack of colors a downside but I'm a dude and could care less. If you've been frustrated with trying to find good toe spacers give these try I don't think you'll regret it!

These are absolutely the best toe separators I've used. I have a drawer full of various toe separators, some inexpensive and some that are definitely not worth what I paid for them. But these.... these are wonderful. I can actually walk about my home with them on thanks to them being flat on the bottom of my toes. I use the size Large for more aggressive relief during the day and I put on the Small/Medium when my toes/feet get a little fatigued by the larger size. But.... I cannot wear socks while wearing these. I can't wear slippers or shoes with these, at all. When I'm using these separators, the toe splay is so wonderfully wide that there's nothing going on my foot and I'm completely okay with that. I can alternate with slim little silicone separators if I need to put on socks to keep my feet warm. These toe separators have been a game changer in my struggle to relieve pressure on a Morton's Neuroma in my foot. I will be buying an extra set of these to keep in my luggage. I don't want to be away from home and without these when I'm traveling for work. Looking to decompress a Morton's Neuroma? These are definitely incredible and I would give them 10 stars if I could. They've taken pressure off my Neuroma and I'll continue using them long term to help prevent future flareups.

Having tried various versions of toe separators made of different materials, for me, these have proved the most comfortable and most effective of the lot. They provide a significant stretch without overdoing it and it didn't take very long at all to get used to wearing them. I actually enjoy the way my feet feel when I'm wearing them, and the long-lasting relaxation my feet experience once I take them off. I also appreciate that they aren't designed to be "looped" over the toes. In order to be able to get that kind on they're made of a stretchy silicone, but because of that I found them to be less effective at maintaining the stretch I'm seeking. I also found the loop kind to be a pain to put on, especially over my big toe. Once on, the stretchy silicone acted like a too-tight rubber band on that big toe, restricting the blood flow and so I was unable to wear them long enough for them to be effective. As these spacers fit in-between your toes they can be more firm. They are less stretchy than the others brands I've tried, but I have found them more durable and also more effective at maintaining the desired degree of stretch I prefer. Lastly, these are relatively inexpensive compared to other brands and (for me) also the most effective. For the reviewer that deemed these as "flimsy and a waste of money"... I wonder... Did she (via review photo) actually put them on and wear them for a 15-minute trial run? I doubt that would have been her experience. Honestly, if these were any more firm or stiff they would be uncomfortable - possibly unwearable. What material would her ideal spacers need to be made of to be less "flimsy" enough to satisfy that reviewer?

These toe separators are helpful for stretching and realigning my feet after workouts. I like that they’re adjustable, which makes it easier to work up to longer wear times. They do feel a little bulky at first and take some getting used to, which is why I rated them 4 stars. Once I adjusted, though, they were comfortable and helped relieve foot tension.

Who would have thought a simple product would have such a big impact? These toe separators make my feet feel wonderful. I wear the small/med but only use one ant a time and gave the other one to my 9-yr old. We switch feet after about 10 minutes or so - makes such a difference in foot comfort. It’s helping to straighten one of my toes. I offered the large pr to my close-minded husband who said he would try them out - he has bad feet and could really benefit from these. Easy to clean. They are not sticky but, I dust them with kaolin clay to keep them from getting sticky. Great quality, not too thick/thin, works perfectly. Color is green - who cares? I only wear it indoors, at my home.

I found this toe spacer to be very large and difficult to handle. Not comfortable for me I wear a size 8.5 womans shoe. They do separate the toes though.

I run between 30 and 50 miles a week and so my toes and feet take a beating. I noticed some pain at the base of my toes about 2 months ago and ignored it because it wasn't that painful. Eventually, I came across these after deciding I should take care of this issue before it got worse. I wear these toe spreaders every day and after about 4 days, the pain was gone completely. So, they worked for me and I intend on wearing them daily for preventative care. These are easy to use and for me personally, I found them to be very effective at relieving my foot/toe pain. The product itself is very soft and comfortable. It does feel odd when you first put them on, but not uncomfortable at all. I have been cautious when putting them on and taking them off and I don't foresee any issues with durability. Cleaning them is easy too, just water with mild soap.

These adjustable separators made an immediate difference for my overlapping toes. With consistent use my feet look and feel so much better. They're gentle, soft, and comfortable enough to wear for hours. Very impressed with the quality and results!
