Saff instant dry yeast (low sugar bread for the red label) 125g

Great results when baking bread

Was recommended this when following an online recipe for bread. Doesn’t make the bread smell or taste yeasty which is a thing for me when buying yeast. A bit pricey but a great product.

SAF yeast is an excellent product, I can't fault it in any way either due to consistency or effectiveness. I also know Amazon is on the pricey side for certain ingredients, that is to be expected for the convenience and range. My fault entirely, being raised in pounds and ounces - gram measures tend to slip under the radar. Regardless, when I opened my delivery I thought I had been sent the wrong item. £12.99 for 125g of yeast is absolutely outrageous, even our US cousins with their grossly inflated food prices in comparison to Europe only charge $9.95 for 454g.

少し甘めの食パンに使用。よく膨らんで良かった。1年半期限ありますが瓶詰めして冷凍庫保存しました。 食品なのにそのまま農薬と梱包されていて気になりました。
