Great product, a little expensive,I dont think you need the sturdy container, not really practical on a day to day use generally. I bought a white one and it does look expensive with the gold on the handle but I didnt like the pattern on the underside, as looked as though the brush was a bit dirty or had hair there. I would prefer it plain or the pattern in gold maybe but I dont believe necessary. It definitely does what it says and is, as far as I know, the only brush that doesn't pull any hair out and if you've fine hair like mine that makes this priceless!!. I saw this on the TV and thought I'd try and I'm thrilled I did. I would recommend to everyone as so easy to use, massages the scalp,easily brushes through knots etc and would work on all I thought I would not be able to use for blow drying a style but I was wrong. It works great on my fine hair Great also for use during the day to keep hair lookping good. Ideal for any age, I believe even toddlers who hate having their unruly locks sorted would be happy with this. It shouldn't pull or hurt them and so easy to keep clean too. Also great for people with arthritis in their hands or wobbly hands as can be held by slipping the handle between fingers still offering great manoeuvrability without the pain of trying to have to grip tightly as once between the fingers you wont easily drop it All round as superb investment for your hair and hands. It would also be lovely to have a smaller version to take out and about with you and again it would be great for kiddies too. This is an honest review I had to buy myself ,no incentives given. Just felt I had to review as the best thing I've bought in years!!!

It is a lot of money for a brush..... But it's worth it. Great quality, boxed and in material bag, it's amazing, gentle and I love it. I'm so glad I bought it.

Great for reducing hair breakage & hair fall. Wonderful to handle. The 2nd one I’ve bought. No other brush is better in my opinion. Recommend this highly.

Very flexible and soft. Seems to be gentler than a ‘Tangle Teezer’ and it does leave my hair tangle-free and very sleek. The bristles get right to the scalp but don’t hurt at all. However, if you have really thick hair (like I used to 😩) it may not do this as easily. I do think it is a tad overpriced though for what it is. I realise it is positioning itself as a ‘premium’ or ‘luxury’ product. However, at the end of the day, it is just a hair brush. Also, I find it hard to hold on to the brush at times, the grip seems to slip out from between my fingers which is a bit annoying. TL;DR - decent product, gentle and sleek detangling, but a bit overpriced ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought this for a male friend who is naturally loosing his hair after seeing an ad on tv, nothing much he can do about loosing his hair but it did not help that his old hairbrush pulled on his hair which in return meant allot of hair coming out. The Manta hairbrush though does not pull on his hair so he's no longer loosing hair when brushing his hair, the odd strand here and there but a massive improvement. The hairbrush glides through the hair without much effort, flexes with your scalp and because the bristles are soft does not dig into your scalp, it kind of massages the scalp. I put this review together based on the feedback he gave me. Although price is steep for a hairbrush it's worth it if you have problems with your typical hairbrush pulling on and pulling out your hair.

Purchased when recovering from cancer treatment and saw this on BBC TV. Now just over 3 years on and about a third of the brushes “teeth” have come away from the brush. I only have fine hair, so it is not due to hair texture and I replace the brush in the container that came with it. I would have expected a fairly costly item to last longer than 3 years. Having said that I am about to purchase a new Manta and hope that it lasts longer. Second purchase, less than 2 years ago. Same problem the ‘teeth’ are breaking away again. Given the cost is now £30, I consider this is too much to pay out every 2 years, so I will be searching for alternatives at a cheaper price. I do like the product and I would be fine with paying £30 IF it was longer lasting.

Amazing hairbrush, really does work

When I first read about this, I thought it was merely hype: one plastic scalp massager can’t be very different from another and this one was expensive, for a piece of plastic. But when I discovered that my trusty, expensive hairbrush seemed to be removing more and more of my post-chemotherapy hair, which I could ill afford to lose. I thought I’d try it and probably send it back. However it really does tear out hardly any hair. The difference between what I was cleaning out of my hairbrush at yhe end of the day and now clean out of the Manta is dramatic. Whether the scalp massager aspect will make any difference only time will tell, but my hair will have to be more plentiful simply because so much more of it stays on my scalp. I still don’t understand why it should be so pricey but the results are such that I’m not sending it back.

No me mandaron el borgoña me mandaron el rosa clarito y yo quería el otro color :( compré dos y los dos me los mandaron del mismo color. No me gusto que no cumplan con los colores que dicen que tienen y que te manden el que sea !!

It's pretty good - silicone base but the needles are made from soft plastic which allows the needles to move slightly, positioned in a hexagon pattern to comb hair evenly - would I recommend it? only if you have money to spend - good quality product.
