Nice replacement central vac set up
I like the white color. It fits perfectly with our existing central vacuum system. We did need to buy a different power vacuum head because this connection is different but that needed to be updated anyway.

I was a little nervous, ordering this, not knowing if it would work in our central VAC. It worked perfect perfectly, and was even longer than the previous one we had. Purchasing from the company would have been double the money and the quality of the hose and Extensions is just the same. Highly recommend.

Hose is cheap. Constantly gets pinched. Does not power on and off as it should.

Works well and excellent support
Ordered this as additional unit for the basement and it works well. The wand with extension is stuck and I am unable to extend it. I called the support instead of returning it and Penny answered and understood the issue and has shipped replacement wand! Awesome support and hats off to Cen-Tec Systems!

Vacuum hose with easy to hold handle
The handles is great and makes it easy to use in all sorts of cases. The switch to turn off the suction is nice to have. The attachments seem good. The hose is not as sturdy as the original hose we purchased with the vacuum system. But it does not leave marks on the corners of walls. So ti's not all bad.
