Do not buy!
Broken dowels, broken screws, badly aligned.. Will not go together no matter what i have done. ** They recommend you use a power drill for putting it together... I was using a screwdriver, so no power tools and the thing still broke! I dread to think if I had used power tools what would have happened! Total waste of money! And to add insult to it even more they are giving less than £5 for return postage!!

Easy to assemble, exactly as advertised
I needed a unit to store old 45s next to a turn-table in quite a small space on top of a unit and didn't want to pay much for it. slightly deeper than a standard CD tower which I needed. I could really have done with three shelves on each side but I can always find things to fit on shelves. The instructions are really clear and easy to follow. Each component is clearly labelled and all the little pieces are separately bagged. I even had a few spare bits in mine.Although I am disabled and 68 I managed to put it all together whilst sitting in my wheelchair, mostly on my lap, on my own in about half an hour. (I will confess to having taken Woodwork lessons in 1969, the only girl in the class, so am not a complete novice)Then came the tricky bit, the plastic triangles provided to give it support needed to be screwed into the wood using the self tapping screws provided were really fiddly and not obvious which way to put them as they have a plastic lip on them (they didn't have such things in 1969) I was just going to give up after about half an hour when I had a eureka moment and managed to screw one in, the others in total took about another half an hour then I called my husband in to lift it into place. Perfect, then my husband told me he is going to rip the 45s and store the originals in boxes in the attic, oh well I tried....

Easy to build. Does not look as cheap as it was
So I have 4 if these now and debating another 4 ha. There is your problem I can see my entire house covered in them.Tall holes for bigger books and small holes for smaller books. It feels like a much more effective use of the space. It took my 4 and 6 year old about 35 minutes to build one (obviously with sipervision) and I can knock one up in under 20 minutes alone now I've practised. They are really sturdy and versatile. I had one layed on its side for a while which looked lovely for ornament display but decided to put upright as it was a better use of floor space for me. They definitely look better in 2s or in a smaller space as I had one in a big room for a while and it looked a bit lost.Would definitely buy again.(I'm already planning my next 4)

Good quality small bookcase
Bought this for my grandchildrens bedroom. I use it lengthwise as I didn't want a tall bookcase in their room. It's great for books and I have a little lamp on the top. It's just the right size for the room am delighted with it.It was easy to assemble and is a sturdy design.

Lacking in structural integrity
I truly cannot fathom how this item got any good reviews. It has no proper screws only wooden dowels and those metal circular things which I don't like at all. It's impossible to tighten it all enough to make it really sturdy. In the end I used wood glue as well as the wooden dowels and metal wot nots. It's still not as sturdy as other units I have had from different suppliers. I don't own a drill or know anyone who has one so can't fasten it to the wall. It's a real shame as the finish on it is good. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about it.

Rainbow book case
I was looking for an item for a paint project and this bookcase was perfect for it! Really easy to put together, they recommend two people but I could easily do it myself as the instructions are super clear and everything was labelled. It can also easily hold a good number of books and decorations and was really easy to paint over! I'm super impressed given the price.

Natural look, sturdy and super easy to assemble
As the title says, it looks good, is sturdy, enduring and most importantly: VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE.The manual is super easy to understand, every part/board has a little sticker on as a label and all small parts (screws, nails etc.) are sorted in separate transparent bags, so there is no way you accidently assemble the wrong parts or take the wrong screw. It also has screw holes that are prepped with some kind of rubber, which makes the screws go in easily yet they can still move a slight bit (which helps later on when placing the big parts on each other - it is easier to put it together without breaking the wood).
