I purchased this for my 10yr old son when he was 9 yrs old. We looked through many bunk beds and ended up choosing this one and he loves it! Since then he spends so much time playing in his room, and is very excited to always show his friends that come over. Its been a year and he still loves this loft bunk bed. *The full size is perfect for him, now at 10 yrs old and would be ideal for younger children aswell, since they also have more time to use it as they get older. *the space saving it provides is phenomenal, especially if your child has a smaller room, or if you need to fit an additional bed in the room for a sibling. We have a futon in our sons room for when he has sleepovers, before it was not possible, but now he has enough room. *there is a wardrobe for extra storage space behind the staircase with a bar to hang clothes or whatever you may need to store there. We store his baseball gear there.(baseball jersey, backpack, etc.) *more storage under the stairs *the desk has an outlet to plug in USB and regular plugs which is very convenient. We plug in his lamp and charge devices that have a USB cord. *The stairs are a safer option rather than a ladder, and more logical for use to prevent injury, since they're always on the hurry. * the L shaped desk is very spacious and works out perfectly, since its great for homework and is large enough to put a computer monitor with a keyboard with still extra room to put anything else. We put his monitor on his desk and my son set up all his anime figures and his drawing accessories. *Another fun feature is the strip of LED lights with adjustable color features that it comes with and they reflect against the wall which gives an awesome light show and the kids love it. *the whole loft is highly durable and feels very stable, it never sways back and forth if the stairs are being used or if someone is in top bunk. *We have had this for our son for 1 year so far and nothing on it has broke, dented or damaged because its made very well with high grade metal. He has gotten so much use out of it and continues. >>a few suggestions and options I want to share about the bunk bed since it worked well for us: *You will need a computer chair for desk, *we had a normal ceiling fan with a light in the middle ceiling area and swapped it out and installed a smaller ceiling fan that has circular bars around it to prevent anything from touching the fan blades.* we also purchased a toddler guard rail and put it on the side of the bunk Bed because this was my son's first and only bunk bed and it help reassure him, it's not necessary and you don't have to have it. Just suggestions.

Is it a good bed? Yes. Does my son love it? Yes. Is the design great? Yes. Are the directions difficult and occasionally missing numbers? Yep! It took two of us about 4 hours to build and there were moments I wanted to throw it out the window piece by piece but all in all, it turned out great. The led lights fell down within 30 minutes and the remote does not come with a battery unfortunately. Some good double stick tape and it’ll be fine. Being a full size bed, it has a large amount of space underneath and really helped us combine a game room and a bedroom. The guard rails are great for going up the stairs and sturdy. Would I sign up to build this bed again? Nope! But my son will have a great bed until he goes away to college!

I waited a few weeks to write my review to make sure my son had time to break in the bed and I have no complaints! Super sturdy, makes no noise. The LED lights that are included have weak adhesive and the remote doesn’t come with a battery so I just used my own LED lights. Assembly took a few hours. Overall great space saver he needed a desk and a bigger bed so this checked all the boxes. Definitely recommend.

Appears to be heavy duty because of metal frame but within 3 or 4 months my 7 year old is close to severely hurting himself every time he comes down the stairs. The wood is very flimsy, somehow the steps have completely fallen apart due to the holes stripping from normal usage. It is unable to be repaired. I do not typically write reviews and I receive packages almost everyday however I just wanted to let anybody know i had it professionally assembled spent hundreds of dollars just to have to fully replace it within 4 months.

Pro - The bed looks amazing and is super sturdy! I’m an adult and can climb the stairs in confidence it will hold my weight (stairs are a little narrow tho). Pro - It came with an LED light strip I didn’t know it had, so that’s cool! Pro - Great Package and super fast shipping! Con - There are parts missing (getting a partial refund, so I can go get the missing parts myself). Can’t sleep in my room unfortunately since it’s only half built. Con - The instructions are wrong; if you follow them you WILL be rebuilding pieces twice, if not three times. DEFINITELY read ahead! They tell you to add the braces after the frame is built, which once the frame is built you can’t add. The images are also UNRELIABLE. (Honestly it’s almost as if AI made the building instructions). I am mechanically inclined and can read blue prints and still couldn’t believe absolute mess that was interpreting these instructions. Con - So far it has taken myself and another person a total of 8 hours to build this thing. It is NOT easy. However if the instructions eeeew even half as decent I bet we could have cut that time down by 75%. Conclusion - Overall it’s a decent bed for the price and the quick shipping. However I would not tackle this project unless you know how to practice some serious patience. The product itself (though incomplete) is good so one giving it three stars. Taking one away for the missing parts and another for the torrential instructions.

El mueble estuvo súper bien, algo tardado de armar pero por obvias razones. Le daría las 5 estrellas, pero tardaron demasiado en entregarlo, después de la fecha programada y como eran dos cajas una semana llegó una y varios días después la otra. Me atendio bien el vendedor, pero eso es lo que definitivamente deben mejorar, la entrega en tiempo y forma.
