They're suitable for scratch resistance. If you have a significant drop, they don't work. The screen will crack.

I have been using Zagg products for years. Never had a problem. Not once, not ever. Zagg products are absolutely excellent. The best aspect of their screen protectors is the ease of installation. It is virtually impossible to mess up. I saw some 1-star reviews on here with people complaining about the installation. I suppose it’s possible that there was a problem at the factory and that the materials were fabricated slightly imperfectly, resulting in an imperfect installation experience… HOWEVER - I think that any issue a user experiences with alignment and installation of the screen protector is due to USER ERROR. That’s right, if you’re complaining about the screen protector being maligned or some bs, it’s because YOU messed up putting it on. The ENTIRE REASON that Zagg is able to get away with charging $40-60 for a flimsy piece of “glass” is *because of* that piece of plastic that you use to guide the installation and achieve a perfect fit. AND WHAT’S MORE IS THAT ZAGG GUARANTEES A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND SO IF YOU F UP THE INSTALLATION JUST TELL ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE. AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Now THAT is what I call quality customer service. They are so confident in the quality of their product that they are willing to dole out replacements to anyone and everyone who has any sort of problem with their product. What’s that? You dropped your phone onto the pavement and the screen protector cracked? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. What’s that? You didn’t clean the surface of your phone and there’s a bunch of lint stuck underneath resulting in bubbles? Well they’ll probably magically disappear in less than a day anyway, but if they don’t? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. All you have to do is pay for shipping. ALSO - these products are selling here on Amazon for 40-60% off their retail price. That is an absolute STEAL. Anyone who’s given a Zagg product less than a 4 star review is absolutely out of their mind. I have been using Zagg screen protectors since my iPhone 6+ in 2014. I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector. I get them for my devices and for my friends and family. What’s more is that the glass in the Zagg screen protector feels better to tap/scroll on than Apple’s fancy “Ceramic Shield” glass. It’s smoother and it just feels way more premium, which is crazy because you’d think that Apple’s flagship phones would be made to have top-of-the-line materials! I cannot overstate how much I respect and appreciate this company. Did you know that Zagg also makes phone cases? Gear4 is the case company and they are my FAVORITE cases!! I purchased 3 separate cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased two of them for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are superb products. And I happily paid full price for those! The two S21 Ultra cases and screen protector I bought at a T-Mobile store (so full MSRP) and the 3 cases and screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro I bought through Zagg’s website (with a 30% discount). In conclusion, my point is that these are THE best. Bar none. You can support Zagg directly or you can get the products here on Amazon from King Bezos. I understand the allure of the 50% discount Amazon is offering but what I don’t understand is someone who chose to buy the massively discounted version and then COMPLAINS about a product because of a mistake that THEY made. ESPECIALLY when Zagg has an extremely generous policy about sending out replacements. You used to have to send in the old damaged one, and now, to cut down on costs to the customer (paying for shipping back the defective one and the shipping out of the replacement), you just tell them what happened and they say “ok cool we’ll send out another one presently” no questions asked. Zagg.

I revised my rating from 2 stars to 1 star because after this screen protector cracked in several places, from a pants pocket drop, on a flat blacktop surface, with my iPhone Pro Max in a quality Otter case, I attempted to obtain a warrantee replacement. After much difficulty and delay getting into my previously established Zagg account, Zagg tried to offer me one of two lower cost models (without any credit for the difference in prices), stating the more expensive product I had purchased was out of stock. No customer service was available on the weekends so when I finally reached them by phone three days later, I was told they expected new stock within a week and I could register to be contacted when they have product to fulfill warrantee orders. I registered, two weeks went by and I attempted to reach Zagg with a follow up call unsuccessfully. A third week went by and I still had not received any notification, so I logged into my account again to discover they now had stock. I ordered a replacement for their $10 fee and it took them a couple of more days before processing my order. and shipped it by very slow US mail. It took another five days before I received it so all and all, it took me about a month before I was able to replace my broken screen protector. I believe at this point that the very durable Apple Sapphire glass screen is much stronger than these flimsy, recycled glass protectors, from Apple's drop test reports, my phone would have almost certainly easily survived the drop from my pants' pocket without it and that this product is very low quality, serving as only a continuous revenue stream for Zagg. I will in the future, no longer be buying any Zagg products as a result of this experience and the three replacement shields I had to purchase, over the life of my iPhone 10 previously. Original review (with typos corrected) is below: I gave it two stars for the ease of flawless installation however it cracked in several places after the first time my phone, in an Otter case, fell out of my pocket onto blacktop. I think the iPhone Pro Max's strong Sapphire screen would have likely survived the 3 ft. fall without it. I am unhappy with Zagg protectors as they all crack pretty easily and this new, improved model seems even more fragile than the previous versions, I bought for my iPhone 10.

This screen protector is outstanding! It fits perfectly on my iPhone 17 Pro Max and feels ultra-smooth to the touch. The clarity is amazing—no glare or distortion—and the Eyesafe blue light protection is a huge bonus. I love knowing it’s 11X stronger than traditional glass. Easy to apply, durable, and totally worth it!

We have used ZAGG protection screens for years. Why? Too many reasons to list! The screens are extremely durable and offer serious screen protection from cracks or scratches and drops. The product is nice to the touch; somewhat smoother than the actual iPhone screen itself. It's easy to put on and fits great. The biggest plus is that ZAGG guarantees their product completely so if you do drop it hard enough to crack it, they have a 100% guarantee. My husband is a cyclist and has had a few screens replaced over the years. Great customer service; no problems ever getting a replacement.

I thought this was a good product, it came with very clear instructions and tools to apply the screen protector which made it a very smooth and easy application. It fit perfectly on my iPhone 13 pro and I didn't have any issues until I dropped my phone for the first time. It cracked right away which I was bummed about as previous screen protectors I've used have been able to withstand a little more but it did prevent my actual phone screen from cracking which was my main concern. So it definitely passes the test and is a good screen protector but I don't know if I would buy this specific one again based on the price.

This was simply the easiest application I’ve ever had for a screen protector with the added help. I was skeptical at first but truly it is as simple as it looks, wipe the screen, dry it off, do the sticker and then you put your phone face down cover it with the other side and pull the tab and it’s applied. Finally someone got it right and there’s zero chance of messing up. After just press the rest of the screen all over and you are set. Will keep using Zagg
