I love this couch for a number of reasons: * It’s 100% natural cotton so it’s breathable. * It’s comfortable. So comfortable that I’ve fallen asleep on it watching tv for hours with no back pain, etc. * It’s washable so I can keep it clean. * It looks like a high quality sofa you see on magazines. * It’s minimal design which I like. I would have preferred more structured arms than pillow arms but it works. I also would have preferred that the side seats were longer but then it would have taken up more space so this is fine as well for me. * There is enough room between the 2 longer sides for a small coffee table so I can relax and set down and easily reach for my snack or beverage. * It’s easy to assemble. It’s intuitive enough I didn’t read the manual. * It’s light so I can move it around myself with ease. * I’ve had it for about 2 years now and it’s still in great condition. * Finally, it’s reasonably priced. Really great value for the price! This was supposed to be a temporary couch for us but it worked so well that we’re keeping it.

A negative star rating if it was possible. Couch arrived with all cushions vacuum packed. After assembly - 1. Back cuahions, when fully restored to depth, are Very thin. 2. Back cushions fall over. Cushions do not have velcro or other attachment to hold them in place. 3. Seat springs squeak when one sits down (I weigh 182 lbs). 4. Couch is built for a tall user vs a short torso user. This is not clearly noted in Amazon item description. When sitting, I'm 5ft 5inches tall, my back will Not reach the back cushions making it uncomfortable to sit on. 4. Assembly instruction clearly state 'couch must be returned in original boxes'. Return per instructions is Impossible. Cushions have now fully expanded from being vacuum packed. There is No Way to get cushions, which as noted twice in this review were vacuum packed, plus placed inside frames for shipment, back into the original 3 boxes they arrive in. Cannot Recommend Purchase.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a $400 couch off Amazon, but wow, this couch is fantastic! It really wasn’t difficult to put together: most of the time is just spent unpacking the boxes. It is very comfortable as well. It’s a bit firm, but I like a firm couch. Also the fabric is absolutely perfect. We have a cat who destroyed our last couch, and the chenille fabric is woven tight enough for her to not get her claws in. She has scratched it several times and hasn’t made a single tear, or any visible loose threads. This thing is also huge! My 6’3” husband and I can both fit on the couch comfortably with room to spare. The only small complaint is that the cushions don’t attach to the back of the couch, but I put adhesive Velcro on and it’s been perfect ever since. This is the perfect couch for that price!

Listen, I had my doubts too about this couch. I really thought for this price, its probably going to be really cheap, and yes while it is (because it is smaller than a regular or normal sized couch for sure) this thing is built! I swear my kid decided to really put this thing through the test immediately after setting it up by christening this dang thing with a nice glass of chocolate milk...testing its durability with stains and my patience, no doubt. I was able to remove and wash the side pillow casing and it didn't seep through to the stuffing (which I added more to what came with the pillows), and for the seat, I was able to wipe it down and I can't see any remaining stained area, really. So I actually ADDED a star back to my review because of that accident lol The cons to this couch: The U shape is not symmetrical and bends in at the ends of the couch, it just looks wonky to me. The backs on the side couches are not flush with the back of the centerpiece, so the ends stick out more, and again, looks wonky. The side pillows are zippered and velcro and the zipper is a huge pain in the behind to get together. The backing pillows do not fluff up at all, I read reviews and purchased extra poly fil and stuffed them myself. The side pillows do fluff up very nicely but you have to remove the entire pillow that is stuffed in there and let it sit out for about an hour (i know this because of said milk accident *facepalm*). The pros: Cheap and a good budget couch Stains really are no match after skipping the tutorial and moving directly to the boss chocolate milk we went. Actually looks really good for a lower cost couch as well Fits nicely in small places and is actually pretty comfortable, even for naps. This could be a pro or a con to some, the couch does sit very low to the ground, so it could be quite a drop for some over 5'5" and above. Also the fabric is decent enough to allow for cat scratcher coverings to be placed on without issue as well. Overall, knocking a star due to the misalignment issues with the backing and the u shape.

3 stars due to it arriving broken. The only solution was to return all 3 pieces. I am a woman who lives up a steep flight of stairs and I had to get this upstairs alone! ALL 3 BOXES! It's heavy and you need help! So to return it just because the middle piece is broken and will only connect to the 3rd piece in the back and not front, isn't gonna happen. I will buy more wood and fix it myself, and save time. Other than that I would've given it 5 stars! The setup was pretty self explanatory, but directions come in each box. The cushions come vacuumed sealed in the seats, along with the backs and side arm cushions. The cushions are petty thin, yet it is comfortable! I'm about 5'9" and the chase goes to my ankles. The color is exactly as advertised, and it fit perfectly in my living room, leaving room for a separate space. More than likely I will buy some kind of stuffing for the back pillows and velcro so they don't move. The side pillows zip on and have velcro to support them in their place. Some cute curtains will really bring my living room together! I really love it for the price, just hate it came broken!

This sofa is great if you have a small apartment or are on a budget. It is a bit firm but with use it will get softer. I don’t really mind that it’s firm honestly. I did notice the back pillows were a bit flat but like another commenter stated I also purchased poly fill and stuffed the back and arm rests. It was 30$ and I was able to stuff my pillows as well. The size is great for a small area but I agree that the chaises are a little short. I’m 5’5” and my feet barely dangle off. It’s not that big of an issue for me. Overall very easy to assemble, no missing pieces, great value for my money and would definitely recommend and buy again.

It just came yesterday in 3 boxes. They are labeled on the outside which made it super easy since the instructions told you what was in each box. It was so easy to put together, took me maybe 30 minutes. It is super comfortable to sit on, the instructions say the cushions should fully expand in 72 hours, but so far so good. It's definitely shorted than I thought it would be but hey I'm only 5ft tall, so it's perfect for me. I absolutely love the color, our walls are white so it just blends in good. I have an ottoman that I put in front of the middle seats and it fits great. It has pretty good back support and over all it functions as it should. Great couch so far. If I remember to, I'll come back in the future with any updates if I need to.

One of the 12 legs arrived broken inside of the box. The legs are made of plastic so don’t expect them to hold up for very long. Reached out to CS and they won’t send out a replacement part, and I was told by CS that my only option is to return the couch to Amazon in the three boxes it originally arrived in just to have another whole couch shipped out. Guess who won’t be getting assistance on this matter since the couch is already assembled and in use? Don’t let this be you. Think twice before you decide to go for this couch. The design is nice, the couch is spacious, all cushion covers are removable for washing, and the comfort level is medium firm. But the cons are that the back cushions constantly fall forward as they don’t have anything to grip onto (an easy fix for this is adhesive Velcro straps but you’ll have to make that additional, yet small investment), and you also run the risk of having some type of unseen damage to any part of the couch before unboxing. In this case, there were no punctures/holes/tears/damage to the boxes exterior. An additional investment will have to be made for a full new set of 12 legs as well, since I can’t get an identical replacement for the original leg nor will anything that’s available for purchase on Amazon be a match. And if you decide to go with the cream-colored couch and you have little ones running around or pets, definitely invest in a sofa cover. You won’t find a cover set on Amazon that will match the exact shape of this couch (or anything even close to it), so you will have to order each individual cover part separately for this U shaped sectional. I ended up purchasing an XL chase cover for the base of the middle seating section (as it’s the only cover that can accommodate its dimensions), 4 more XL chase covers for the two chaise bases and their respective seat cushions, 2 standard seat covers for the middle seats, and 4 back cushion covers. When you add up the total cost to each of these, it will cost more than double if not triple than most couch cover sets on Amazon! Unfortunately it’s ANOTHER investment that needs to be made, but you won’t have to constantly go back to spot treat the original fabric or washing the original cushion covers often, and with a couch cover you’re protecting your overall investment. Your best bet is to either go with the gray color option (if it’s in stock), or just throw in the additional $100-$300 and simply go with a pricier, but better off couch. With as much money as I’ve ended up putting into this couch, I would’ve been far better off going with a different sofa. Keep all of these factors in mind before you buy. I hope this helps someone that’s considering purchasing this sectional. I hope you make the right investment for you, your needs, and your lifestyle.
